Sharks Cabana Practice Groups

Practice groups are separated by age.

GREAT WHITE SHARK (11 & overs)

During most practices, the group is split into smaller sub-groups in the pool.  Some days are based on the strokes the swimmer is working on with a coach, doing rotations through different stations, or split into various interval groups.  Younger age group swimmers are not allowed to swim up in this age group due to the more intense dry land training involved during the summer program.
